Red color with dark purple hues. Subtle aromas of herbs and notes of wild flowers. The palate is oppulent, with balanced acidity and notes of ripe berries. Medium finish.

Lamb or rabbit, prepared with garlic and pepper.
Winemaking Notes
Fermentation between 27°C to 29°C to obtain rich color and structure. It is completed and complemented with malolactic fermentation. Unoaked.
