Tasting Notes

A classically styled Sauvignon Blanc with bold aromas of cut grass, passion fruit, guava and kiwi. Crisp and light bodied on the palate, with prominent tropical fruit following though from the nose. Vibrant fruit balances well with the lively acidity, finishing with notes of flint and lime.

Winemaking

Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Breedekloof, Darling, and Stellenbosch. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 12 to 14°C. The slow fermentation at cool temperatures retains varietal aromatics and preserves the vibrant fresh fruit character of the wine.
