Clayvin Vineyard Pinot Noir
The palate has vibrant acidity and an even frame of tannin. A fresh, elegant edition of this pinot.

Tasting Notes
Pristine Pinot colour, on the brighter side for Clayvin. This delicate and complex Clayvin Pinot is all about finesse and transparency with subtle wild berry and earthy forest floor notes on the nose. This follows through on the multi-layered palate with fine texture, a hint of subtle minerality and gentle tannins.
Winemaking Notes
This is arguably the most refined and understated Clayvin Pinot Noir we have been privileged to make from this special vineyard in a very difficult year (2018). It is testimony to a great terroir, respectful viticulture and meticulously selective grape picking followed by thoughtful vinification. The result is a delightful and seductive Pinot that will be most enjoyable in its first 6 to 8 years.
